September 9, 2016 (DALLAS, TX.) –– United® Real Estate, a rapidly expanding residential real estate and franchise organization, and its parent company United Real Estate Group, announced the establishment of its headquarters and relocation of senior leadership to Dallas, Texas. North Texas was selected due to its central location, favorable business climate, abundant flight options for executive travel and quality of living, each of which favorably impact the company's ability to attract and retain world-class talent.
"Establishing headquarters for both United Real Estate and United Real Estate Group in Dallas has been in the plan and part of the vision for some time and I am excited to see the space open on schedule," said United Real Estate Group and United Real Estate CEO, Dan Duffy. Duffy who previously served as CEO of a Dallas-based, global technology company knows first-hand that Dallas is an excellent market to build businesses. "Being the only international real estate company to base its headquarters in Dallas gives us significant recruiting, servicing and business development advantages. We also expect to realize efficiencies and accelerate our growth as a result of the relocation and expansion of our senior leadership team at the new facilities."
The new United headquarters is located at Three Lincoln Centre at LBJ Freeway and the Dallas Tollway. The location was selected in part due to its proximity to the first United company-owned brokerage. The brokerage, operating under United Real Estate – Dallas, has quickly grown to over 300 agents within a short five-year span all working under the full-service, 100-percent commission model. Reflecting the diversity of the local market, United Real Estate – Dallas offers an agent staff that speaks and supports 39 different languages.
"After nearly three decades working in the real estate industry, the move to Dallas from the Tampa Bay area is a big move for my family and me," said President of United Real Estate, Peter Giese. "The move was essential due to the significant growth of the company over the past five years and the need to travel to offices that now span the country from San Diego to Boston and South to Miami. With the United brand now well-known in the industry and demand from brokers and agents seeking to join United offices increasing dramatically, Dallas provides the perfect location to support our nationwide network."
United Real Estate Group's rural and lifestyle real estate company, United Country Real Estate, which is the nation's largest integrated real estate and auction company, will remain headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri, where it was founded in 1925.
